Thank you for your interest in supporting the Centers for Spiritual Living Summer Retreat: SOAR 2023! The Summer Retreat is a long standing tradition of the Science of Mind movement, and in particular at the Asilomar Conference Ground. Our founder Ernest Holmes did one of his last talks at Asilomar entitled the Sermon by the Sea. His energy and love is still felt on the grounds and is woven through the retreats when they are hosted at Asilomar.

Opportunities of Support

Attendee Retreat Bags: $4,000
Upon arrival at the Retreat check-in, each attendee is given a bag to be used throughout the event. Your organization’s logo will be placed on one side of the bag opposite the CSL/SOAR branding on the other side of the bag. 

In addition, upon sponsorship confirmation and payment of support:

  • Logo will be placed on the SOAR retreat website homepage.
  • Logo will be placed on the 2023 Sponsor sign at retreat registration check-in onsite at Asilomar.
  • Logo will be placed on the 2023 Sponsor sign inside the onsite General Session room.
  • Verbal acknowledgement and thank you from the stage at Opening and Closing General Sessions.
  • Logo and website link will be sent in a post-event email to registered attendees.

SOAR Journal Sponsor: $4,000
Each attendee will receive a handheld journal to be used for notetaking and jotting down thoughts throughout the experience of SOAR. This co-branded journal will feature your logo and the CSL/Soar branding. 

In addition, upon sponsorship confirmation and payment of support:

  • Logo will be placed on the SOAR retreat website homepage.
  • Logo will be placed on the 2023 Sponsor sign at retreat registration check-in onsite at Asilomar.
  • Logo will be placed on the 2023 Sponsor sign inside the onsite General Session room.
  • Verbal acknowledgement and thank you from the stage at Opening and Closing General Sessions.
  • Logo and website link will be sent in a post-event email to registered attendees.

SOAR Water Bottle Sponsor: $2,500
Each attendee will receive a reusable water bottle that can be used throughout the experience of SOAR. This co-branded bottle will feature your logo and the CSL/Soar branding.

Social Hour Sponsor: $2,500 (2 Available)
Opportunity to host one of our two Social Hours from 5pm - 6pm prior to dinner. This is a great opportunity to bring SOAR attendees together to connect and reflect on their day before heading to dinner and the evening activities.

Prayer Room Sponsor: $1,500
Assist in beautifying our planned sacred space at the retreat. Located just steps from the beach, this space is created for attendees to visit for prayer or quiet time. 

In addition, upon sponsorship confirmation and payment of support:

  • Logo will be placed on the SOAR retreat website homepage.
  • Logo will be placed on the 2023 Sponsor sign at retreat registration check-in onsite at Asilomar.
  • Logo will be placed on the 2023 Sponsor sign inside the onsite General Session room.
  • Verbal acknowledgement and thank you from the stage at Opening and Closing General Sessions.

Advertising Supporter: $350
Looking to get more exposure for your company or name? Have a new book coming out? This is a great opportunity to spread the word by providing a handout, brochure, or postcard in each attendee conference bag. 

  • A digital copy must be submitted to the CSL Events Team for review and approval by June 30, 2022.
  • Sponsor is responsible for printing and shipping/delivering the material to Asilomar by 5pm on Monday, August 7. No late material will be accepted.
  • Handouts, brochures, or materials cannot exceed 5in x 8in in size. It is recommended that you print on a heavier stock for best quality once placed in the bags.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Deadline to become a CSL SOAR 2023 sponsor or advertiser is June 30, 2023. 
  • All supporters are subject to review and approval by the CSL Events team to ensure the company and/or individual is in alignment with the retreat. 
  • Payments must be received by July 21, 2023.
